POV: In June 2019 the Aquino-Quintana Family started their move-up home buying journey. The Aquino-Quintana family had been searching for their dream home for what felt like an eternity. The community itself was a major selling point. The Aquino-Quintana family had always longed for a place where they could feel truly at home, and this neighborhood provided just that. From the nearby parks and trails to the warm, friendly neighbors, they knew that this was a place where they could build a life and create lasting memories. As they left the house that day, the Aquino-Quintana family felt a sense of hope that they hadn't felt in months. They knew that this was more than just a house. They could already envision themselves playing with their children in the backyard, hosting summer barbecues with friends, and enjoying long walks through the neighborhood with their beloved dog.
