DeAnna contacted me last summer indicating that she was thinking about selling her rental property in Kenosha Farm (the neighborhood where I live). She had purchased the home back in 2003 and then turned it into a rental property when she and husband Scott purchased their dream home in the mountains outside of Boulder.

While we did have a few bumps along the way, (a gas leak, a few hail storms, and a buyer with cold feet who terminate contract early on) yet I was able to get it sold for the price she wanted.

Even though we're still in a very good Boulder County Seller's Market, there can always be ups and downs. I'm committed to getting my clients to the closing table no matter what it takes.
